All rental machinery is delivered in working condition after a pre-hire inspection. Mechanical failures under normal operating conditions during the approved rental period are covered by R&R Build Experts at no extra charge for repair labour and parts we supply.

• Warranty does not cover misuse, overload, accident damage, or operator negligence.
• Fuel, consumables, and site transport are charged separately unless quoted otherwise.
• Clients must stop work and notify us immediately if a fault appears.

Rental requests from construction companies are reviewed by our fleet team. Approval is confirmed only after availability check, rate quote, and signed/accepted terms.

• Minimum rental period applies per machine (see listing).
• Security deposit is held until return inspection is complete.
• Daily rates assume standard shift hours; overtime and night work may be billed extra.
• Relocation / mobilization within Kathmandu Valley and outstations are quoted separately.
• Payment schedule: advance before mobilization, balance as agreed on approval.

After demobilization we inspect the machine for damage beyond fair wear and tear. The hirer is responsible for:

• Broken glass, bent buckets/booms, hydraulic hose cuts from misuse, tyre/track damage from abuse.
• Missing tools, keys, fire extinguishers, and accessories issued with the unit.
• Cleaning charges if returned heavily contaminated with concrete, mud, or chemicals.

Routine service during long rentals is scheduled by R&R. Emergency breakdown support is available within serviceable districts of Nepal subject to access.
